Bhubaneswar: Even though the pandemic situation still prevails, the figure of new positive cases in the State appears to be reducing below 100 in comparison to its earlier reports till date as once again 70 new patients have been detected in the last 24 hours out of which 42 are in quarantine with 28 local contacts identified.
