COVID-19: Odisha Reports 99 Cases, First Time Below 100 In 8 Months

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 99 positive cases of COVID-19 on January 25 (Monday). This is the first time in the past eight months when the COVID tally of the State in a single day was below 100.

The less-than-hundred figure was last reported in May 2020. Among the latest cases, 58 persons are in quarantine while 41 are local contact cases.

Odisha’s COvID-19 tally reached 3,34,529, with the detection of these new cases. On Monday, 140 persons recovered from the disease taking the COVID recovery tally of Odisha to 3,31,284.
