Covid Vaccination Certificate No More Required At Religious Institutions: BMC

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued an order relaxing the COVID-19 restrictions for entering religious institutions in the Capital City.

According to the order issued by the Municipal Commissioner, devotees will no longer be required to produce double dose vaccination certificates or Identity proof to visit any religious institutions in the city.

However, the authorities of the religious institutions are required to ensure that all COVID appropriate bahaviour is followed on their premises, the order issued by Municipal Commissioner Sanjay Singh further stated.
