Khordha: Cluster Resource Centre Co-Ordinator (CRCC) of Deuli Cluster under Bolagarh block in Khordha district Manamohan Mishra was suspended with immediate effect from today due to public exigency.
“Sri Manamohan Mishra, Cluster Resource Centre Co-Ordinator of Deuli Cluster is hereby suspended to his CRCC assignment with immediate effect due to public exigency w.e.f. dt 25.04.2023 F.N. and he is instructed to return back to his Parent post,” read the Office Order issued by the Block Education Officer, Bolagarh today.
Reportedly, Mishra was caught red-handed by the villagers while he was trying to sell textbooks for classes I to VIII to a scrap dealer at the Cluster office located inside the premises of Deuli Sat Marg Upper Primary School.
The President of the school’s managing committee, the local Ward Member, and a few guardians caught Mishra while he was selling the textbooks to a scrap dealer.
They detained Mishra and the scrap dealer while informing the Bolagarh Block Education Officer (BEO).
Following the incident, the BEO suspended Mishra and seized the textbooks apart from sealing the CRCC office.
