Bhubaneswar: The State Vigilance during an investigation into the DA case of Gaisilet IIC Birabar Bhagat, unearthed property worth more than Rs 1 crore.
According to the Vigilance, his assets include a farmhouse, and at least 10 (land) plots in Sambalpur and Bonei, apart from 2 four-wheelers.
“Bhagat is being examined to ascertain the source of the assets. Further searches are continuing. Unearthing of more assets is likely and overall valuation is likely to increase,” the Vigilance added.
