Bhubaneswar: Roads that were blocked with fallen trees under the impact of Cyclone Yaas have been cleared, said an official press release.
Communication had been badly affected in 510 roads because of uprooted trees in eight districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur which had faced the fury of Cyclone Yaas.
The Rural Development Department has informed that all these 510 roads have been cleared and movement on these have been normalised by May 27 with cutting 2074 trees.
