Bhubaneswar: A cyclonic circulation has formed over east-central and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal between 4.5 & 5.6 km above mean sea level. Under its influence, a Low Pressure Area is likely to form over Westcentral & adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal around (Tuesday) September 20.
Under its impact, light to moderate rain/thunderstorm is very likely at most places over the districts of Odisha with heavy to very heavy spells in some places over the next five days beginning from today.
The IMD has issued yellow warning for the districts where heavy to very heavy rainfall has been forecast.
