Bhubaneswar: Odisha witnessed a sudden surge in COVID-19 cases with a total of 394 new positive cases detected till midnight of March 31 (Wednesday), reported the Information & Public Relations Department on Thursday.
Among the new cases, 231 are in quarantine and 163 are local contacts. With this, the total number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 341311, recoveries at 337091 and active cases at 2246.
While the highest 70 cases have been reported from Khurda district, details of the district-wise cases are as under.
