**Bhubaneswar**: Sohini Pal, daughter of Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Tapash Pal, who has been arrested over his alleged involvement in the Rose Valley Group chit fund scam, appeared before Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) here on Monday.
According to reports, CBI had issued notice to Sohini in connection with the Rose Valley chit fund scam.
Earlier in the day, her father, who is currently under a 3-day remand of the CBI, had undergone health checkups in Cardiology, Neurology and Ophthalmology departments of Capital Hospital.
He was brought to Bhubaneswar from Kolkata by the CBI on December 31 and produced before the Special CJM CBI court here which granted the investigating agency a 3-day remand of the MP.
