Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Dayal Gangwar of 1998 batch has been transferred as Additional DGP, Modernisation in a minor reshuffle in IPS officers’ level.
Gangwar is currently serving as ADGP, Railways & Costal Security.
A notification issued by the Home Department stated that 1998 batch officer Rajesh Kumar who I serving as DGP, Modernisation is transferred and posted as ADGP, Railways & Costal Security with Additional charge of Director, SFSL
Similarly, D.I.G of Police Awinash Kumar, a 2007 batch IPS officer is transferred and posted as the twin city (Bhubaneswar-Cuttack) Additional Commissioner of Police.
Brijesh Kumar Ray of 2009 who is currently working as Additional C.P in Commissionerate of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack is transferred and posted as D.I.G of Police, Intelligence in-charge, Security Wing.
