Bhubaneswar: Here are a few essential guidelines for two-wheeler riders in Bhubaneswar. DCP Traffic (Bubaneswar-Cuttack) recently tweeted a list of mandatory guidelines that all two-wheeler riders need to follow to avoid being penalised.
The tweet emphasises that all two-wheeler riders need to carry with them a number of documents, including a driving license, registration certificate of the vehicle, two-wheeler insurance policy, fitness certificate of vehicle and Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) while riding a bike.
The tweet has, however, left several confused and they have expressed concerns by replying to DCP Traffic’s tweet.

Responding to DCP Traffic’s tweet, Sabyasachi Jena tweeted, “We can’t carry physical documents at all times. Please make all the above documents be available through DigiLocker. The last two documents are still not available in DigiLocker.”
Another tweeter Abhinash Nayak wrote, “Do we need to carry hardcopy or Digilocker or digital photos will be treated valid as well?”
