Baripada: The owner of a de-addiction centre in Baripada town of Mayurbhanj district was allegedly seen beating a disabled inmate in a video that has gone viral on the internet.
In the video, the owner of the de-addiction centre identified as Abani Pati is seen beating the inmate with a rod. His associate Kalia Raul was also seen forcing the inmate to lick his foot.
Ironically, the said owner was also under the influence of alcohol. Many people have condemned the incident and called for immediate action against the owner and his associate.
