**Bhubaneswar**: The number of dengue deaths in Odisha rose to six with the death of two patients on Tuesday.
Sources said, the vector-borne disease took two more lives in the state—one in Barbil of Keonjhar and other in Cuttack district.
One Malli Gop from Ward No 14 under Barbil Municipalty area died this morning.
On the other hand, Chaturbhuja Parida, died this evening while he was undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital (SCBMCH) in Cuttack.
Parida, a resident of Atuda area in Jagatpur was admitted SCBMCH to this morning.
Notably, this is the third dengue death at SCBMCH.
