Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will embark on a four-day visit to New Delhi today, with a packed schedule that includes an important meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A major highlight of the visit is the Chief Minister’s one-on-one interaction with PM Modi, where he will extend a formal invitation for the Prime Minister to attend the BJP government’s first anniversary celebrations on June 12, 2025 in Odisha.
During this meeting, Majhi is set to present a comprehensive report on his government’s achievements in its first year and discuss Odisha’s roadmap for future development.
The event will spotlight the state’s progress, showcasing the successful rollout of various welfare and development initiatives under the Majhi-led administration.
In addition to the meeting with the Prime Minister, CM Majhi will participate in the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting on May 24, chaired by PM Modi, to deliberate on national and state-level policy priorities. He will also attend a strategic conclave of chief ministers from NDA-ruled states, aimed at fostering coordination and aligning development goals.
