Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre here has forecast dense fog in three districts of Odisha on Friday. A yellow warning has been issued for Angul, Kandhamal, and Dhenkanal, cautioning that dense fog is likely to occur at one or two locations in these areas until 8:30 AM on January 3, 2025.
In Bhubaneswar and its surrounding areas, fog and mist are expected in the morning, followed by a clear sky later in the day.
Meanwhile, Rourkela recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the state at 7 degrees Celsius on Thursday, while Paralakhemundi experienced the highest maximum temperature at 31.6 degrees Celsius.
The weather agency also noted that there would be no significant change in night temperatures across the state over the next five days.
