Dense Fog To Engulf Four Odisha Districts Tomorrow; Dry Spell To Continue

Bhubaneswar: Odisha is bracing for a foggy weekend, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicting dense fog in several districts tomorrow.

A dense fog alert has been issued for Sundargarh, Kandhamal, Koraput, and Angul, where visibility is expected to be severely reduced at one or two places. These districts have been issued yellow warnings for dense fog.

“Dense fog very likely to occur at one or two places over the district of Sundargarh, Kandhamal, Koraput and Angul”, read the IMD forecast for tomorrow.

Going by prediction of IMD prediction, shallow to moderate fog is likely to occur at one or two places in Ganjam, Gajapati, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Kalahandi, Khurda, and Cuttack.

The IMD has also predicted dry weather to prevail across Odisha till January 11.
