Malkangiri: Odisha DGP Abhay today visited Motu in the Swabhiman Anchal of Malkangiri district and took stock of the anti-Naxal operations in the area.
The DGP was accompanied by Director, Intelligence, RK Sharma, and IG of Police, (Personnel), S Praveen Kumar.
He inaugurated a new police outpost at MV-88 and later conducted a review meeting with the officials at the BSF Camp.
Following it, he held a discussion with Police and Senior BSF officials regarding the anti-Maoists operation and inspected the border security arrangements.
The DGP also reviewed the arrangements made for migrants returning to the State and held a discussion with all government employees.
