Dhenkanal: Police raided a house in the Caltex area under the Town police station limits here and busted a sex racket and arrested one Shivaji Mohanty and two women in this connection. A car was also seized from the possession of the male.
While the Shivaji has been allegedly running the sex racket, the two women who have been detained are from Balasore. Meanwhile, some clients present in the house managed to escape.
According to police, the man has been running the sex racket for nearly two years and has criminal antecedents. He was arrested with his wife two years back for the same offence.
The Town Police here have registered a case in this connection and are now hunting for the kingpin of the racket.
