District-Level Squads To Be Introduced To Prevent Malpractices In +2 Exams

Bhubaneswar: In a bid to curb malpractices in the upcoming +2 examinations, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has decided to form district-level squads across Odisha.

The move comes after the State-level squad faced difficulties in reaching different districts in the past.

CHSE Chairman Dr. Prashant Parida informed that district-level squads will be introduced in all districts, with two groups in larger districts and one group in smaller districts. The squads will be responsible for preventing malpractices and ensuring fair conduct of the exams.

The decision was made after the successful implementation of district-level squads in Malkangiri, Koraput, and Nabarangpur last year. The CHSE will bear all expenses related to the formation and operation of these squads, Parida said.
