Bhubaneswar: The door to door (D2D) health screening has begun in Ganjam district and will continue till July 13. In this period, more than 7 lakh people are expected to be screened.
The official Twitter account of Ganjam Collector and District Magistrate posted the update.
The tweet added the 200 teams of doctors will be undertaking the screening. The areas under Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC), all Notified Area Councils (NACs), block headquarters Gram Panchayat will be covered.
Requesting cooperation with the screening teams, the district administration urged people to not hide symptoms.
D2D Health screening will start From tomorrow 9th to 13 July. It will be conducted through 200 doctors team. BeMC, all NAC, Block headquarters GP will be covered. More than 7 lakh people will be screened. Please don’t hide symptoms & cooperate to team @CMO_Odisha @HFWOdisha
