Dr Chandra Sekhar Hota Appointed Secretary Of Odisha Sahitya Akademi

Bhubaneswar: Senior Odisha Police Service (OPS) officer and noted litterateur Dr Chandra Sekhar Hota has been appointed as the new Secretary of the Odisha Sahitya Akademi.

The Odia Language, Literature, and Culture Department issued a notification in this regard. Hota will assume his responsibilities as the Secretary of the Odisha Sahitya Akademi starting February 28.

In addition to this role, Dr. Hota will also continue to serve as the Secretary of the Sangeet Natak Akademi until further orders.

Dr Chandra Sekhar Hota, who is currently serving in the police department, is a prolific writer. He is known for his expertise in essays, creative writing, and column writing.
