**Bhubaneswar: ** In a dramatic twist to the sexual harassment case against popular actor Tattwa Prakash Satapthy aka Papu Pom Pom, the victim’s father on Tuesday said the girl produced in the court was not his daughter.
In an interview to a pvt news channel on Tuesday, the minor girl’s father said, “My daughter has not gone to court on June 28. Police may have taken another girl to the court to record the statement.”
He also stated that his daughter was at home, the day police had produced the victim before the court to record her statement.
However, Child Welfare Committee (CWC) member Nirupama Rath alleged that there is a deal of Rs 15 lakh between the parties to close the case.
She also said despite repeated calls, the victim’s father didn’t turn up and her mother was present on that day.
Meanwhile, legal professionals believe that the chances of an amicable settlement between the parties in the case, scheduled to be heard on July 11, are very less.
