Bhubaneswar: Even though a cyclonic circulation lies over east-central Bay of Bengal and a low-pressure area is likely to form by tomorrow (October 31), it is likely to move towards Bangladesh coast during subsequent 48 hours while dry weather prevailed over the districts of Odisha.
As per the mid-day weather bulletin of the IMD’s Bhubaneswar Met Centre, “Maximum temperatures observed no large change and were normal over Odisha. Minimum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They were below normal over South Odisha & North Interior Odisha and normal over North Coastal Odisha.”
“The highest maximum temperature of 35.1 degree Celcius was recorded at Paralakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 12.8 degree Celcius was recorded at Sonepur in the plains of Odisha,” the mid-day weather bulletin said.
It also predicted that dry weather most likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.
So far the weather forecast for Bhubaneswar and its neighbourhood is concerned for the next 24 hours, the sky will remain mainly clear while maximum and minimum temperature are very likely to be around 32 degree and 20 degree Celcius respectively.
