Bhubaneswar: Beneficiaries of Subhadra Yojana will receive the financial assistance of Rs 5,000 in the last phase of the first installment on March 7, 2025.
Speaking to the media, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida reassured that all eligible beneficiaries who have registered for the scheme will receive the money.
“The last phase money of the first installment under the Subhadra Yojana will be credited to beneficiaries’ accounts on March 7, 2025 and the second installment will be disbursed in phases starting March 8, 2025,” she said.
She also advised people not to rush to the bank. The Minister advised that if there is any mismatch between the Aadhar card and ration card details, the beneficiaries should visit the bank to link their Aadhar.
“Do not rush to the bank. If the Aadhar and ration card details don’t match people should visit to the bank and link their Aadhar. All eligible beneficiaries will receive the money,” she assured.
Parida further highlighted that over 1.4 crore beneficiaries have already registered under scheme. So far, 80.46 lakh beneficiaries have received the money and the physical verification of the left out beneficiaries is underway.
She further confirmed that beneficiaries who attend the age of 21 by March 2025 will also be eligible to receive the benefits under the scheme.
