Today, one e-bus arrived in Bhubaneswar as a part of the dry run to promote clean and green public transport. According to a State Government official who requested anonymity, the Request for Proposals (RfPs) for e-buses has already been floated and a number of vendors have shown interest in the project.
“Those who have participated in the tender process will be a part of the dummy run. To ensure that the commuters get the best service, the dummy or test-run of electric buses will start from this week.”
