Koraput: The polling for the post of Directors of 17 Central Cooperative Banks in the State is on. The contest among political parties to make their candidates backed by them is quite interesting to note. On Sunday, out of 15 posts in undivided Koraput district, 5 candidates won, uncontested.
The election process for the rest 10 posts is underway in Koraput, Rayagada, and Malkangiri. In Koraput alone, the election for 7 Director posts is underway at the Government College here, reports stated.
