**Bhubaneswar:** The Biju Janata Dal on Monday trained guns at the BJP for using Government institutions for propagating the party’s agenda.
A team of BJD office-bearers led by Sasmit Patra registered a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer alleging that State-run BSNL’s caller tunes still play ‘Desh Badal Raha Hai’ rendition.
“This is BJP track being played by BSNL which is clear violation of the MCC,” said Patra.
He also alleged that dealers are being forced to select new beneficiaries for Ujjwala yojana. “The new Ujjwala kits have the photos of BJP leaders which is a blatant violation of the model code of conduct,” said Patra.
