Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha has begun the evaluation of answer sheets of students who had appeared for the annual high school certificate (HSC) examinations.

According to sources, the board has trained chief examiners, deputy examiners, and teachers for smooth completion of copy-checking.  The evaluation centre has a minimum of 9 units and a maximum of 13 units per account. Every unit has 25 teachers to check the answer-sheets.

The answer sheets will be evaluated by around 15,000 teachers in 55 centers across the state. The answer papers will go from the exam centers to the evaluation centers under high-security cover.

Notably, more than 5 lakh students appeared for the Class X high school certificate examination across the state this year.
