Bhubaneswar: The Excise Department has granted permission to dance bars for resuming operations Bhubaneswar. The premises were shut for the last two years due to COVID-19 pandemic.
An order issued by the Excise Superintendent, Bhubaneswar state that 14 bars have been allowed to open for the period of 2022-23. The bars can engage women aged 21 years and above in musical programme or dance programme or orchestra in the licensed premises of these places.
The bars allowed to run now are Rain the Club, Swagat Bar, Live it Up Bar & Restaurant, Urmee Hotel Bar & Restaurant, Green Field, Deepali International, Ashoka Bar & Restaurant, Rewind, Alishan Bar & Restaurant, Barbie Bar & Restaurant, Mohanty Bar & Restaurant, Pentagon, Prince and Ekamra Bar.
