Bhubaneswar: Explosives were found inside a general bogie of the Konark Express at Bhubaneswar railway station today.
The explosives were spotted by a safai karamchari (cleaning staffer) of the Railways while he was cleaning a general bogie of the Konark Express which had arrived from Mumbai.
The safai karamchari immediately informed the Government Railway Police (GRP).
GRP personnel immediately reached the spot and seized the explosives.
The seized explosives include 08 Red Parachute Signal Rockets, 15 Rocket Parachute Flares and a path finder sorter, revealed a source in Railways.
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) have registered a case in this regard.
