Dhenkanal: The special POCSO Court in Dhenkanal today rejected the bail plea of Faiz Rahman, the Founder of Good News India (GNI), who has been arrested in connection with alleged sexual harassment of minor girls at the organisation's Dhenkanal-based Dream Center (children's home).

Public Prosecutor Suleman Khan said that he on behalf of the government prayed the court for rejection of the bail stating if the accused is released in such a sensational case, he (Rahman) can influence witnesses and destroy evidences that will hamper the case.

Khan further informed that the charge sheet of the case has still not been prepared. It is presently under investigation and new facts are being revealed based on which the probe has been intensified.
