Fake Currency Racket Busted, Prime Accused Arrested, Students Involved

**Baripada:** In which seems to be a surface tip of a major racket involving the circulation of fake currency, the Baripada police has arrested a person named Sheikh Saliuddin hailing from Balasore. He had 94 counterfeit notes of Rs 2000 denomination in his possession which was seized by the police at the time of arrest.

Notably, two students were caught circulating the high denomination currency note on Wednesday when the shopkeeper caught them and informed the police. The police reached to the prime accused Saliuddin with the aid of these erring students.

According to the police, there may a larger racket with more people involved.
