Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has rejected the bail plea of Dara Singh, the prime accused in the sensational murder case of Father Arul Das of Mayurbhanj.
Singh had moved the High Court after being released from jail.
The High Court has directed other accused persons who are out on bail to surrender by September 23.
Father Arul Das was murdered in the month of September in 1999.
In 2007, the trial court sentenced Singh to life imprisonment.
The court has directed other accused persons Rajkishore Mahanta, Jadunath Mahanta and Chema Ho to appear before the trial court by September 23.
