Bhubaneswar: The Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School has topped the first cut-off list for +2 admission in all streams (Arts, Science, Commerce), which was published by the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) today.
In Commerce, Ravenshaw and Rourkela Higher Secondary School jointly topped the cut-off list. Rourkela HSS stands second in Arts while BJB Higher Secondary School is ranked 2nd in Science.
Ravenshaw topped the list with 91.50% cut-off marks in Science, 75.17 in Arts and 77% in Commerce.
Similarly, BJB College having 87% cut-off marks in Science stood second. Cut-off marks for BJB is 72% in Arts and 70% in Commerce. Rourkela HSS has the cut off marks of 80.60% in Science and 74.33% in Arts.
A total of 4,076,93 students applied for the academic year 2024-25, out of whom, 4,26,472 names have appeared in the merit list. However, 49,611 candidates did not get a place in the merit list.
The link to the SAMS Odisha 1st selection list 2024 was activated at 11:45 am. Students who registered for the SAMS Odisha +2 admission for the 2024-25 academic year can check their results on the official website at samsodisha.gov.in.

The reporting and admission update for first selection applicants at Higher Secondary Schools will take place from July 22 to July 27, 2024 (up to 6 pm).
