Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Thursday effected a minor reshuffle in its IAS cadre by assigning additional responsibilities to five IAS officers as part of administrative streamlining across key urban and industrial bodies. The changes take immediate effect, according to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department on Thursday.
Aboli Sunil Naravane, a 2015-batch IAS officer currently serving as Director of Industries in Cuttack, has been entrusted with dual additional roles. She will now also serve as Managing Director of the Odisha Small Industries Corporation and the Odisha State Financial Corporation, both based in Cuttack.
Dheenah Dastageer, IAS (RR-2021) and the current Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Rourkela, has been permitted to continue holding additional charges as Commissioner of the Rourkela Municipal Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of Rourkela Smart City Ltd., and Secretary of the Rourkela Development Authority.
Rehan Khatri, IAS (RR-2021), Commissioner of Sambalpur Municipal Corporation, will continue to hold the additional responsibility of Vice-Chairman of the Sambalpur Development Authority.
Similarly, Kirandeep Kaur Sahota, IAS (RR-2021), Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation, will remain in additional charge as Vice-Chairman of the Cuttack Development Authority.
Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke, IAS (RR-2021), Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, has been assigned the additional charge of Vice-Chairman of the Berhampur Development Authority.
