Bhubaneswar: Online form fillup for the special offline matriculation exams, to be held for students who are not satisfied with their results declared on June 25, starts from today (July 5).
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, had earlier stated that students can fill the forms online through the respective headmaster or headmistress of their schools. The process of filling forms will continue 24/7 up to July 14.
The examinees will not have to pay any fees for this special exam. The expenses will be met by the State Government. Since a special offline matric exam is being held, this year there will be no supplementary exams, the BSE added.
Below is the offline exam schedule released by the Board:
30th July: First Language
31st July: Second Language
2nd August: Mathematics
3rd August: Science
4th August: Social Science
5th August: Third Language
This year in class 10 regular result, 97.89 per cent of students have passed. This was the first time that BSE Odisha declared results without holding any exams at all. The students were given marks based on their performance in classes 9 and 10.
