Rayagada: Four private buses were gutted in a fire at the Biju Patnaik Bus Stand in Bissam Cuttack on Saturday afternoon.
Two fire engines have been pressed into service to contain the blaze.
According to reports, the four buses belonged to a single owner. No casualties have been reported since there were no passengers inside the buses.
While the exact reason behind the fire has not been ascertained, it is suspected that some miscreants could have set the buses on fire due to past enmity.
Police have reached the spot and have launched an investigation into the matter.
