Goods Train Derails Near Bimalagarh Railway Station in Sundargarh

Sundergarh: Four bogies of a goods train derailed near Dam Basti at Bimalagarh railway station in Sundargarh district, causing disruptions to train services on the line.

The train, numbered BOSM779, was en route from Roxy railway siding to Dam Basti when the incident occurred.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. However, railway staff have rushed to the scene to restore the tracks and bring the derailed bogies back on track. The Chakradharpur Railway Division DM has arrived at the site to oversee the restoration efforts.
