Bhubaneswar: In pursuance of the Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department resolution (8967H, dated 25.04.2022, Dr Tulasi Prasad Mohapatra has been appointed as Professor in the Department of Urology at the SCB Medical College and Hospital on a contractual basis. Similarly, Dr Nitish Kumar Mohanty has been appointed as Professor in the Department of Nephrology of the SCB vides the same resolution.
The remuneration and incentives of the contractual professors will be as per the notifications of the Government of Odisha issued from time to time in force. For contractual direct candidates, the engagement shall be purely temporary and on a year-to-year basis and may be for a period of four years subject to satisfactory performance, a notification issued by the Director of Medical Education and Training, Government of Odisha, said.
However, the government reserves the right to terminate the services of the contractual professors with prior notice of one month from either side.
