Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced that the government will organise ‘Parakram Shobha Yatra’ across the state on May 11, 2025, at 8 AM to honour the Indian Armed Forces protecting the country’s sovereignty.
In a post on ‘X’, Majhi praised the Indian Army’s strong response to terrorist attacks through ‘Operation Sindoor’. He expressed pride in the soldiers’ bravery and valour in the anti-terrorist fight, safeguarding the country’s security and sovereignty.

The ‘Parakram Shobha Yatra’ aims to honour the sacrifices of the Indian Army fighting for the nation’s honour and pride. Majhi urged citizens to join the procession as a display of nationalism and unity, strengthening the morale of the soldiers in their fight against terrorism.
“Let us join this procession as true Indians as an identity of nationalism. Let us unite for the national interest. Let us further strengthen the morale of the Indian Army soldiers in the fight against terrorism,” CM Majhi stated.
