Bhubaneswar: The report of the GPR survey conducted both in and outside Ratna Bhandar to assess its structural stability is most probably come out in two or four days.
Odisha Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan said on Sunday that experts of the Archaeological Survey of India will release their survey findings within the next two to four days. The team, led by Justice Biswanath Rath, utilized cutting-edge equipment to scan the walls of Ratna Bhandar of the Shree Jagannath Temple.
According to Harichandan, the state government will determine its next course of action once the report is received. If the report indicates the presence of gold, silver, or hidden treasures, the government will take necessary measures. Otherwise, the ASI will proceed with their repair work immediately.
“The counting of ornaments will only happen after the treasure boxes are returned to Ratna Bhandar following the completion of repair work,” Harichandan added.
