Cuttack: A Green Corridor was created between SCB Medical College & Hospital (SCBMC&H) in Cuttack to Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Bhubaneswar to airlift a critically ill patient to Surat.
The patient has been identified as Indramani Pani, father of Surat Municipal Commissioner Banchhanidhi Pani, who had been undergoing treatment at the medicine ward of SCBMC&H for the last few days.
After being discharged from SCBMC&H for receiving advanced treatment at another medical facility, Commissionerate Police created a green corridor to move Indramani to Bhubaneswar Airport from where he was airlifted to Surat.
