Bhawanipatna: The half-charred bodies of a minor girl and boy have been retrieved from Banjipadar village in Dameruguda panchayat in Dharamgarh today morning.
The bodies were spotted by a group of cattle grazers who reported the matter to the local Dharamgarh police. A team of forensic experts along with the cops rushed to the spot and conducted an inquiry.
According to reports, the duo was missing for the past few days. The minors have been identified and their respective families were informed about the tragedy.
While all angles of the case are being investigated, police suspect this is likely to be a murder or suicide related to a love affair. The investigation is on, the police said.
