Bhubaneswar: HDFC Bank launches its 179th Branch in Odisha and its 27th Branch in Bhubaneswar at Sachivalaya Marg. It was inaugurated by Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Vijay Amruta Kulange; Director of Institutional Finance, Pragyansmita Sahoo; and OSD to Chief Secretary Dilip Routrai.
SHG loans were disbursed to 13 Women SHG Groups and cheques were handed over to Women SHG’s group by Sahoo and Routrai in presence of Zonal Head Deepak Kumar Singh and Vice President Animesh Biswal. HDFC Bank also disbursed loans for Two-wheelers, Four wheelers, tractors, and commercial vehicles and MSME loans.
Zonal Head Singh stated that HDFC Bank is committed to providing world-class services and all types of loans in the state of Odisha. This Branch will cater to the loan requirements of all Traders of Unit 3 and 4 along with catering to the needs of all residents of the area.
Singh said that the Bank will also expand its ATM, BC Points, and branches in Odisha to help achieve the objective of financial inclusion in the State. He reiterated that HDFC Bank will add another 28 branches this financial year in Odisha.
