Heat And Humidity Grip Coastal Odisha; Bhubaneswar Sees 32.8°C At 8.30 AM

Bhubaneswar: Coastal Odisha is sweltering under a severe heat wave, with high temperatures and humidity levels recorded across various districts.

As of 8:30 am today, Puri recorded a temperature of 33°C with 78.2% humidity, while Bhubaneswar and Cuttack reported temperatures of 32.8°C with humidity levels of 74.2% and 77% respectively.

Other districts, including Jagatsinghpur, Chandabali, and Paradip, also reported high temperatures and humidity levels, ranging from 32.6°C to 33°C and 73% to 75.5% humidity. Meanwhile, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, and Balasore recorded relatively lower temperatures, ranging from 31.6°C to 31.6°C, with humidity levels between 76% and 83%.

The heat wave conditions are expected to continue throughout the day, with residents advised to take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses.
