Bhubaneswar: As the temperature across the State continues to soar, the State Government today announced a school holiday for the next five days.
All schools across Odisha will remain closed from Tuesday (April 26) to Saturday (April 30). The decision has been taken after reviewing the intense heatwave situation in the State, the School and Mass Education Department stated.
However, the exams of 10th and 12th Standards shall be held as per schedule, and not be affected because of the holidays till Saturday, the S&ME Department said.
