Bhubaneswar: In a welcome move to provide respite to commuters from the prevailing scorching heatwave, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has started installing temporary sheds at busy traffic junctions in the city.
The BMC in a post on X has said that temporary sheds will be installed at major traffic junctions across the city.
In addition to that efforts are underway to conserve and restore water bodies in the city.
The city has been in the grip of heatwave conditions over the last several days.
