Gajapati: Landslides were reported from Gumma block in Gajapati district due to incessant rains over the last few days. The landslide took place as water and mud gushed into Badakalakot panchayat from Jangajangala and Bangadisingh hills on Saturday night.
While no loss of life has been reported, people of the panchayat are in duress. Water from the hills have entered homes making matter worse amid heavy rainfall.
