According to a notification issued by the Law Department, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida will chair the committee. The panel includes several key cabinet ministers who will work in coordination to ensure smooth and safe conduct of the annual Car Festival, which draws millions of devotees and tourists from across the world.

Members of the committee include the Minister of Law, Works and Excise; the Minister of Health; the Minister of Housing and Urban Development (H&UD); and the Minister of Commerce and Transport. The Principal Secretary of the Law Department has been designated as the convenor of the committee.
