Hindi Movie ’12th Fail’ Made Tax-Free In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet on Thursday approved a proposal to make the recently released Hindi Movie “12th Fail” tax-free.

The film is based on the real-life story of a boy from Chambal Valley in the State of Madhya Pradesh. In the face of all adverse situations, the boy aims to achieve an impossible dream of passing the world’s toughest Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. His ultimate ambition is to become an honest Police Officer and to bring about positive changes in the country. The theme of the film carries a strong message to the young generation of being determined in the face of all adverse situations and never losing hope to achieve the ultimate goal of life.
